Market Harborough makes broker pledge and rebrands Mortgage Strategy

Market Harborough Building Society has made a new broker service commitment and refreshed its branding. 

The lender has updated its logo to incorporate bright colours and a modern abstract version of its traditional wheatsheaf emblem.

Under its new “Best for Brokers Promise” it makes five key pledges:

  • That “yes means yes” –  the daily credit committee will make quick decisions that can be relied upon.
  • Five-star service from complex case experts. 
  • Easy access to a dedicated underwriter and regular updates.
  • A guarantee of at least 24 hours’ notice of any product withdrawals.
  • Access to the case hub 24/7.

Market Harborough chief executive Iain Kirkpatrick says: “This rebrand builds on our roots and positions us for the future.
