The Family Building Society has hired Kirsty Dancer as a BDM covering the East and West Midlands.

Dancer has joined from Vitality Life and Health, where she was also a BDM.

With some 20 years in financial services, Kirsty began her career in banking at NatWest. She then joined Grange Mortgage and Protection Services and then Just Mortgages, before moving to Coventry Building Society as a senior mortgage adviser.

Family Building Society head of intermediary sales Darren Deacon said: “We’re delighted that Kirsty has joined us, bringing with her a wealth of financial services experience. I know that she feels passionately about the mortgage market and brings added energy and dynamism to our award-winning team of BDMs.”
