Ford will head up the internal sales team, which will help brokers with their new business enquiries via telephone and email.

The team will work closely with ModaMortgages’ underwriters.

ModaMortgages is the soon-to-launch specialist buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage lender from Chetwood Financial, a Wrexham-based digital bank founded in 2016.

Previously, Ford served as Chetwood Financial’s servicing operations manager between 2020 and 2024, before stepping into her new role.
