One Mortgage System (OMS) has appointed Nick Allen as non-executive director and Shey Wade as business development manager as part of its growth and innovation strategy for 2025.
Following two years as an external consultant, Allen joins OMS’s board as a non-executive director.
During his consultancy, he played a role in implementing ISO27001 to help enhance OMS’ security framework and governance and help ensure its mortgage originations platform meets industry standards for both regulated and unregulated lending.
In his new role, Allen will help steer the company’s expansion into new market segments and technological advancements.
Meanwhile, Wade brings experience in mortgage intermediary marketing and broker support, having previously held a marketing leadership role at Spicerhaart’s financial services division Just Mortgages.
In his new role, Wade will focus on supporting intermediary clients, enhancing relationships with OMS’s integration partners, and equipping brokers with the tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and elevate customer service.
