Bhogal joined HTB in 2021 as a relationship manager.  In his new role, he is tasked with creating new development finance business, mainly in the North of England.

He will also manage discussions with the bank’ credit risk team and credit committee, as well as handling existing development finance customer relationships and those with professionals and introducers.

Bhogal comments on his new role: “Our development finance division has ambitious growth plans which I am excited to help implement, supporting property developers with projects in the North of England.”
