TMG Mortgage Network has promoted Graham Bradley to the newly created position of chief compliance & innovation officer (CCIO).

Commenting on the appointment TMG Mortgage Network chief executive Scott Thorpe said: “This role is about more than governance—it’s about growth. As we scale the network, we need to ensure our culture, systems and support scale with us. Graham’s appointment ensures we’re building infrastructure that’s both robust and future-proof.”

“We’re not just investing in AI tools or oversight functions—we’re investing in the kind of leadership that keeps our brokers protected, our reputation strong, and our service ahead of the curve.”

Brady joined TMG in 2024. In his new role, he will lead all regulatory functions across the group, while also heading up TMG’s innovation strategy, embedding AI and smart tech into daily operations to help advisers deliver faster, more accurate, and more customer-centric outcomes.

Bradley (pictured) said: “This isn’t about ticking boxes—it’s about raising the bar. TMG is serious about culture, serious about growth, and serious about doing things differently.”

“My job now is to hardwire that into how we scale—supporting our appointed representatives and internal teams with systems that work, training that sticks, and standards that evolve with the market.”
