The Specialist Finance Academy has partnered with Knowledge Bank to help the academy strengthen its broker support for the growing demands in the specialist lending space.
The partnership aims to provide brokers education through the academy’s training and resources, alongside the real-time support of Knowledge Bank’s sourcing platform.
For example, Knowledge Bank’s Notify tool will allow brokers to send case enquiries direct to lenders via their search results. This will allow them to work with lenders who they may not have a business development manager or account manage for.
The collaboration will also provide academy members training and access from the Knowledge Bank team to help deepen their understanding of lender criteria across bridging, development, multi-unit freehold buildings, commercial and other specialist areas.
Knowledge Bank sales director Shane Chawatama says: “The Specialist Finance Academy is a timely and valuable initiative for brokers looking to deepen their understanding of an increasingly complex market.”
“While sourcing systems like ours provide critical support, there’s no substitute for knowledge. The Academy will empower brokers to deliver even greater value to their clients.”
Specialist Finance Academy founder Kim McGinley adds: “This partnership just makes sense. We’re here to help brokers say yes to more clients – and having Knowledge Bank alongside us gives our members a real advantage.”
