The brokerage, which is part of Equity Release Group, has made the appointments as it seeks to expand its UK business.

Gavin Alden, Stuart Young and Hayley Larham have been appointed independent equity release advisers at the firm.

Alden has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and Larham was named Later Life Adviser of the Year 2023 at the Women Recognition Awards.

Meanwhile, Young has “an equally impressive background in equity release”, according to ERS.
