John Charcol has entered into a partnership with specialist property finance comparison site Propp.io to provide its commercial clients with advice and support on specialist finance.

The partnership will see John Charcol refer enquiries for commercial mortgages to Propp’s team through its comparison site.

The partnership will provide John Charcol’s clients with the specialist requirements access to competitive commercial and business mortgage rates, including bridging and development finance.
