Kensington Mortgages has signed a deal to use Twenty7tec’s APPLY software, which allows brokers to submit decisions in principle to the lender from the platform without rekeying data.

The fintech firm says the integration with Kensington Mortgages has been tested with Mortgage Advice Bureau, Connells Group and Primis.

It adds that the software streamlines applications by acting as the single point of transmission for all data, documents and communication.

Kensington Mortgages interim head of national accounts Eloise Hall says: “After a successful pilot with some of Kensington’s key partners we are pleased to be launching to the whole of the intermediary market.

She adds that the new partnership “offers our valued broker partners a more simplified and streamlined journey based on cutting-edge technology and expertise.”

Twenty7tec director of customer relationships Nathan Reilly says: “From the outset, feedback and engagement from users piloting the Kensington Mortgages integration has been extremely positive.”

In November, Twenty7tec integrated Skipton Building Society into its APPLY software.

The partnership also allows users to submit decisions in principle and full mortgage applications to Skipton Building Society via the system.
