Target Group has promoted head of procurement Tracey Thomas to become senior growth lead.

Thomas joined Target as a commercial team lead in 2021 and has been head of procurement since 2022 and has fostered collaboration and driven performance.

Before joining Target, she worked for SSE and British Gas.

In her new role, Thomas will play a pivotal part in driving revenue while engaging with senior stakeholders across client organisations, including CFOs, treasury teams, compliance officers, IT, and legal departments.

The role is set to blend elements of marketing, strategic partnerships and sales while navigating heavy regulatory requirements.

Thomas will be accountable for new recurring revenue from existing clients, rather than new business, and will lead efforts to strengthen ongoing relationships.

She will report into growth director Mel Spencer.
