Both will support Paradigm’s mortgage helpdesk team, answering member queries and assisting with the placement of complex cases.

However they will now also be working closely with potential new and existing member firms, bringing them into the distributor and promoting other group services including protection, compliance and DFM.

Paradigm’s mortgage helpdesk has continued to see a significant increase in usage, with levels of enquiries having risen by 12% over the course of the past 12 months.
