LendingHome said that the board of directors has appointed Michael Bourque as chief executive officer. He has served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer since he joined the company in August 2018.
Matt Humphrey, LendingHome’s co-founder, has stepped down from his role as chief executive officer and will continue to serve on the board of directors.
Bourque brings nearly 20 years of executive experience to the table and prior to LendingHome, he served as the CFO of Ocwen Financial Corp.

Olson, a Wall Street veteran, is the founder and CEO of Wind River Capital, a boutique investment bank. Previously, he was the vice chairman of the financial institution’s group at Piper Jaffray.

She has 35 years of experience in the title insurance and legal industries as a title examiner and underwriter.
Shelley joins from Stewart Title where she worked as an escrow office and examiner for the national commercial services group for the last five years.
