Together has made a variety of changes to its commercial bridging selection, including cutting rates.

Its residential investment loan at up to 50% LTV has received a reduction from 0.65% to 0.55% while at up to 60% LTV, the rate has moved down from 0.75% to 0.65%.

For unregulated commercial bridging loans, the 60% LTV product is now at 0.85% and the 70% LTV product at 0.90% – both coming down from 1%.

Meanwhile, for purchases, maximum LTVs have been upped from 65% LTV to 70% LTV and, for refinancing, from 50% LTV to 65% LTV.

Additionally, the unregulated bridging maximum loan has been doubled to £1m.

Together chief executive Marc Goldberg says: “Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the property market has performed well, meaning the bridging finance industry has remained strong.

“We expect this positivity to continue as restrictions have been fully lifted. That’s why we’re introducing these latest changes to provide more options for borrowers.”
