Scott will partner with newly appointed chief commercial officer Jeremy Law and eight advisory team leaders with plans to grow the advisory base from 65 advisers to 90+ within a year.

Scott’s role will encompass recruitment, training and development, talent retention, streamlining internal procedures and organisational design. Scott will support the UK head office in London and international offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, alongside the office in the United Arab Emirates as it opens in the coming months.

Her most recent role was as human resources business partner at Tysers, where she oversaw the more than doubling of headcount from 450 to 1100.
