It happens all of the time. There's this trap that many realtors who experience a good year of sales fall into: They relax. They develop a false sense of security. They forget about the focus and the habits that are required of them to enjoy a prosperous career in real estate. And before they know it, they're drifting, living paycheck to paycheck, wondering if they should stick with a career that is 100 percent commission.

Fortunately, we can avoid this trap ourselves by remembering a few simple practices. If we embrace these practices daily, we will enjoy a rewarding and sustainable career in real estate:

  1. Meet people
  2. Help them
  3. Stay in touch with them, and keep helping them.

It's a simple plan, easy to remember, with a million different ways to execute. If you're looking for your own personalized plan that's a good fit for your strengths and interests, we'd be happy to meet with you. Just reach out to Dan for coffee and a conversation.
