Twenty7tec has hired Adam Newman and Stephen Rhodes to its sales leadership team.

Newman joins as head of sales, bringing experience from across the lending and intermediary space.

Most recently, he led the sales and account management function at Acre.

Meanwhile, Rhodes has been hired as national sales manager and has experience of working across mortgage, protection and fintech sectors.

Previously, he has held senior roles across Legal & General, Tembo Money, Smartr365, and IRESS.

Earlier this week, Twenty7tec revealed that buy-to-let mortgage searches fell to 14.74% of the overall market – the lowest share since reporting began at the start of 2020.
