Primis has appointed Jade Clayton as regional sales director in the Southwest.

Clayton has been with Primis for the past four years, first as an area supervision manager for the Midlands and, most recently, as recruitment development manager.

Prior to this, she spent six years as a mortgage broker.

In her new role, Clayton takes over from Claire Madge, who recently moved to Primis’ appointed representative Embrace.

She will report to sales director Neil Hoare, who has also joined the network.

Hoare joins from his current role as commercial director of HL Partnership to head up sales at both Primis and TMA.

He will report directly to Emma Hollingworth, chief distribution officer, financial services at LSL Group.

Commenting on the appointments, Hollingworth says: “Primis is at a key moment, with a newly strengthened sales team being part of our commitment to our members. The appointment of Neil Hoare and promotion of Jade are very much part of this.”
