HLPartnership has appointed Aneal Chohan as regional sales manager.

Chohan will focus on growing the network through recruitment and helping existing member firms to increase their market share.

He began his career at Royal Bank of Scotland where he started in a customer service role before advancing into mortgage advice.

Chohan moved on to work as a mortgage adviser for Connells estate agents where he was later put in charge of a team of 13 brokers as a development partner.

In 2020, Chohan took up a new role as area director for Just Mortgages’ self-employed division, supporting brokers to run their own firms.
