
Kemp is a qualified audit and financial crime specialist with experience gained across a variety of management roles, including senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group and Standard Chartered Bank.
Her appointment follows the society’s recent announcement of a second successive year of record profits.
Kemp said: “Since joining Ecology I have been struck by the passion and dedication of the whole team.
