Brickflow has added Pallas Capital to its panel of lender partners.
The partnership provides brokers using the Brickflow platform with access to Pallas Capital’s development and bridging finance solutions.
Pallas Capital’s development finance facilities includes loan sizes from £1m to £35m, up to 70% LTGDV and support across a wide range of asset classes.
It also provides flexible underwriting for varying levels of developer experience and a flat credit structure.
In addition, brokers can benefit from Pallas Capital’s bridging finance solutions including facilities up to £250k to £35m, up to 75% LTV and residential, commercial and mixed-use lending, and land with planning.
