Specialist lender Pepper Money has introduced a website tool to help brokers in finding a home for their complex mortgage cases.
Pepper says it has enhanced its website navigation and search functionality and created a new Product Finder tool, enabling brokers to quickly identify the most suitable product for a customer by filtering a number of features, including term, loan-to-value and adverse credit details, and product type.
The lender says the tool was created following feedback, to support brokers in placing business with them and is designed to complement their fully utilised new business team, with whom brokers can interact by phone or via webchat.
Pepper Money sales director Paul Adams says: “At Pepper Money, we already have a reputation for providing outstanding service, and we know that in order to stay ahead, we need to keep investing in developing our proposition. For us, this is important to give our broker partners the best resources so they can be the best they can be. And we believe this often starts with us, the lender.”
In January, Pepper Money released a study which found debt amongst borrowers with adverse credit was on the rise.
