The building society is offering up to 18 apprenticeships across three programs that include information technology (IT) and digital, customer services, and technology services at its Leeds and Bradford main office sites and its branch network.

YBS said that all apprentices in the company are paid above the living wage and are recruited on a permanent contract, which entitles them to all the same benefits as a non-apprentice.

The company is offering Level 6 Advanced Level Apprenticeship qualifications for its IT and digital program, and Level 3 Advanced Level Apprenticeship qualifications for its customer services and technology services programs.
