Simplify has hired Nicola Bloor-West (pictured) to work as its new head of business development, where she will be tasked with building relationships with estate agents.

Bloor-West has 18 years’ experience in the property industry, including stints as regional sales manager at OneTheMarket and 12 and a half years at Rightmove, where she finished up as area sales director.

She most recently spent over a year working as head of partnership development at Lifetime Legal.

On the appointment, Simplify chief business development officer Dev Malle says: “[Bloor-West] has a great track record of working closely with estate agent partners and building lasting relationships and we have already had many in the industry welcoming her addition to our team.”

Bloor-West adds: “I’m really excited to have joined Simplify at such an exciting time. This is a fantastic opportunity and I am looking forward to being part of a first class offering to estate agents, while taking advantage of the market-leading technology.

“I look forward to meeting new and existing customers over the coming weeks.”
