TSB has reduced rates on a selection of buy-to-let purchase and remortgage products.

The lender has made cuts of 30 basis points in its two-year range. The 75 per cent LTV purchase product with £1,995 fee is now set at 1.69 per cent and the £995 fee version at 1.89 per cent.

For remortgages, the 75 per cent LTV £1,995 product is now 1.69 per cent too and the £995 fee product is 1.89 per cent also.

In the lender’s five-year range, reductions of up to 10 basis points mean that the 60 per cent LTV purchase product with £1,995 fee is now 1.74 per cent and the £995 version, 1.89 per cent.

And for remortgages, the 60 per cent LTV five-year fix with £1,995 fee product is 1.74 per cent and the £995 fee remortgage is 1.89 per cent.

TSB adds that it has moved end dates to its product transfers to the end of May.
