MPowered Mortgages has partnered with broker network Stonebridge. 

Stonebridge’s advisers will have access to MPowered Mortgages’ residential mortgage products for prime borrowers.

MPowered’s prime residential products include two-, five- and 10-year fixed rate mortgages, including its recently launched 85% loan-to-value (LTV) mortgage range. 

Initial rates on the 85% LTV range start at 5.39%. The lender says these are designed to support homebuyers and remortgagers looking to secure a loan of up to £1.5m.

Borrowers will also be offered a free valuation on every application, and a choice of no arrangement fee and cashback options.
