Mortgage Strategy is proud to announce that its Mortgage Innovation & Technology Live 2025 event on 9 December at Convene in London, will have Sarah Furness presenting the closing keynote speech.
After graduating from Cambridge University, Furness followed her dream to become a combat helicopter pilot in the Royal Air Force.
As a Squadron Leader, she flew and led operational combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, becoming the first female helicopter pilot to fly and lead UK Special Forces missions in Iraq.
At MIT Live, Furness will share her remarkable story, from commanding in combat to building resilience in business. Expect a keynote full of humour, honesty, and hard-won lessons on how to stay calm, focused, and adaptable when the pressure is on.
