Masthaven Finance has added to its business development team with the appointments of Tony Grillo and Gary Melville.

Grillo joins from Together where he served as senior business development manager. He has more than two decades of experience in relationship management and specialist lending.

At Masthaven, Grillo will take on the role of senior business development manager.

He will focus on broadening Masthaven’s presence in the market, developing new broker relationships and enhancing its existing partnerships.

Melville joins from West One Loans and brings experience in broker support and intermediary relationships.

He will be Masthaven’s internal business development manager, a newly introduced role at the company.

Melville will help Masthaven support more brokers in accessing specialist finance solutions more efficiently.

The pair will work alongside current senior business development manager Ginny Warby.

Masthaven Finance joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) in April as a lender member.
