
Hodge has increased broker procuration fees from 0.45% to 0.55% on its Hodge Resi products.
The latest update aligns procuration fees across its entire residential proposition including Hodge Resi, the Hodge Resi Retire, RIO and Holiday Buy to Let (BTL).
Last year, the lender increased retention procuration fees to 0.30%.
Hodge has also made selected rate reductions by as much as 0.27% across its products, including Hodge Resi, the Hodge Resi Retire and Holiday BTL.
The lender says the changes are aimed at providing value and flexibility for brokers and customers.
Hodge business development director Emma Graham says: “These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to you, our intermediary partners.”
