SoulCycle has returned to Palm Beach. The popular spin class has moved into the Royal Poinciana Plaza for its third year in a row for its new SoulOutside by SoulCycle series.
The outdoor spin classes begin just before Christmas on Wednesday, December 23rd and will continue for a few months. SoulCycle first started bringing their popular and energetic spin classes to Palm Beach three years ago as part of their DestinationSoul program. The program brought SoulCycle spin classes to areas where there is not a SoulCycle studio nearby. The closet SoulCycle studio to Palm Beach County is in Miami with locations in Brickell, Miami Beach, and Coral Gables.
Through the new SoulOutside series, SoulCycle is taking their 45-minute indoor cycle class completely outdoors. The classes will take place seven days a week during the winter at The Royal Poinciana Playhouse behind the outdoor shopping and lifestyle center.
The company started 14 years ago to encourage and help people get in shape without spending too much time working out. Cycling is a great high intensity exercise on a stationary bike. The class combines cardio and endurance during a 45-minute-high calorie burning session. The company has locations in several states and major cities including Boston, New York City, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Austin, and Chicago.
The outdoor spin classes start at $36 dollars and packages can be purchased online or through the SoulCycle app. Water will be available for purchase and special cycling shoes are available to rent. For the first 30 days of opening, SoulCycle will reserve one bike per class for essential workers for a complimentary ride.
