New lender, Gable Mortgages, has been added to Mortgage Brain’s Sourcing Brain, giving brokers faster access to its products through the technology creator’s product sourcing platform.

Brokers can now research Gable Mortgages’ zero-deposit mortgage products, helping them assess cases more quickly.

Gable Mortgages’ product range includes zero-deposit, 100% loan-to-value mortgages designed for young professionals, key workers, and those purchasing new build homes or standard properties as first-time or next time buyers.

The Sourcing Brain module includes twice-daily product updates, giving brokers access to up-to-date data in the UK market
