The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has hired Robin Pearson, who returns to the business as head of risk.  

Pearson will oversee the network’s risk management and compliance strategies.  

The role covers complaints handling, acting as data controller for the business, managing data protection and general data protection regulation compliance, as well as maintaining the group’s compliance manual. 

Pearson will also oversee adviser and product risk, and provide regulatory updates to the board. 

Most recently, he worked at Mortgage Connect, where he was compliance manager. He has also held roles at LSL Property Services, Accenture Operations, FoS, KPMG and Deloitte. 

Pearson returns to The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, having previously worked as its compliance manager and business development manager between 2017 and 2023.
