The sellers of this contemporary home received 14 offers and accepted one that offered a great combination of price and security. But for almost a year leading up to the sale, Maureen Moran was in constant contact with the owners, guiding them through their down-sizing efforts and coordinating important repairs with a trusted contractor. With over 30 years of memories in their home, the owners relied on Maureen for her consistent and steady support during what turned out to be an emotional time of transition. 

Standing in for an out-of-state client

For this sale, Mr Seller had already relocated to another state and needed help caring for and repairing his property. So Dan found a lawn care person to take care of the yard in the sellers' absence. He also coordinated contractors for electrical repairs, chimney repairs, and roof repairs -- and oversaw all of the work to ensure it was completed in full and on-time for closing. This required a significant amount of work and project management on Dan's part, at a time when contractor availability was very limited. Dan also attended the closing on Mr Seller's behalf to ensure that everything went smoothly on the day of the sale.
