Newcastle for Intermediaries has enhanced its product transfer experience for brokers.
The updated journey introduces clearer product information and predicted monthly payments, helping brokers assess options more efficiently and support clients.
The refresh also includes the addition of clients’ unique reference codes to reminder emails, making it easier for brokers to access the portal and view available products.
The changes form the first stage of a wider series of improvements planned for the product transfer process.
Newcastle Building Society head of intermediary mortgages Francesco Di Pietro says: “We know brokers want to spend more time helping clients, not navigating systems.
