The specialist broker says its head of IT Ahmad Tabesh will take a seat on the board, alongside existing directors Sam Busfield, Matt Tristram and Nick Rember. Tabesh joined the firm in January.

It adds that Lizzie Fonseca has been promoted to head of advised sales, after joining the business last summer.

While Jordan Chandler becomes its head of completions, after being recruited to the firm in 2015 as a paraplanner.

Last month, Loans Warehouse joined the specialist broker panel of the Mortgage Advice Bureau, and adds it is continuing a search for a national account manager to develop new partnerships with MAB and the MCI Mortgage Club.
