Black & White Bridging has expanded its back-office operations with the appointment of three new team members.
Jenny Murray joins as data and finances systems lead, Niamh Hunter takes on the role of associate lending manager and Helena Carr has been appointed executive assistant.
Murray has a wide range of sector experience and competence in the optimisation of financial operations through automation and system transformation.
She joins Black & White Bridging on her return to the UK, having spent the last two years living and working in New Zealand for companies including Lightforce Solar and Daifuku Oceania.
Hunter will be responsible for processing loan applications and handling client communication and documentation. She has previous sector experience from a role at Together.
Meanwhile, Carr has significant experience in the bridging finance space, having previously held executive support roles for Lowry Capital and Mint Property Finance.
Following Black & White’s restructuring earlier this year, Carr will be providing much needed support to the company’s senior leadership team.
Black & White Bridging chief operating officer Damien Druce says: “In January, Black & White Bridging had 14 full-time members of staff. With these three new hires, we now have 30. While we have doubled in size, we are not neglecting the back end of the business; we aren’t interested in style over substance.”
“Not only are Jenny, Niamh and Helena all crucial to the progression of Black & White Bridging and our development as a leading player in the UK bridging market, their appointments, along with some significant lending milestones, illustrate the extent and pace of our growth.”
