Knowledge Bank’s AffCalc has added four new lenders to its platform including Gen H, April Mortgages, West One and Bluestone Mortgages.

Each of the lenders has worked closely with the Knowledge Bank team to ensure their affordability models are fully aligned and accessible to brokers using the system.

Knowledge Bank launched the full release of AffCalc in October last year.

AffCalc allows brokers to make edits at any stage and re-run the calculation without restarting the process.

It also has built-in criteria integration and provides API connectivity to enable seamless use within lender systems.

West One managing director of mortgages Marie Grundy says: “West One are delighted to be partnering with Knowledge Bank with the launch of AffCalc, allowing brokers to access instant affordability decisioning for residential mortgage customers whilst instantaneously running real time criteria checks in the background.”

Gen H sales and distribution director Sara Palmer adds: “We’re really excited to be joining AffCalc as having a clear picture of affordability early on in the journey is a critical part of providing the high quality advice that buyers depend on.”
