
Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) has launched a website designed to enhance adviser support.
The new site provides a platform for Rosemount’s network of appointed representatives and will offer a hub for accessing tools, documents and business intelligence.
The adviser portal was developed with input from existing Rosemount advisers and will form the foundation for future software support.
The portal includes the ability to white-label client-facing documents, such as marketing materials and tax reports and features a proprietary cashflow modeller.
Rosemount has additional tools in development that will be available through the new portal including an attitude-to-risk profiler and functionality to share high-level management information with advisers.
In addition, the network has deployed AI chatbots using optical character recognition (OCR) to support the account management team.
The launch of the portal comes alongside a wider rebrand at Rosemount, including introducing a new logo for the network.
