LMS has launched a guarantee with ProConveyancing which says that all remortgages directed to the residential firm through the conveyancer and panel management specialist’s Select hub will be completed within 10 days of all documents being returned.

Both firms say they have a “common goal to enable brokers to deliver reliable and transparent customer service when it comes to remortgaging”.

ProConveyancing adds it has been operating with estate agents, brokers, lenders, auction houses and other property professionals offering conveyancing services for the last two years.

The move comes after LMS launched a software programme, called Dart, that allows firms to automate simple remortgage cases earlier this month.
