Just Mortgages has boosted its employed division by hiring four new divisional sales directors.

The broker firm says Emily Fox joins the business to support estate agency brokers in the M1 region, having previously worked for NatWest, Sharman Quinney and the wider Connells Group.

Sharman Apps joins the business to work with brokers in the Kent region, with 15 years of experience in financial services she has worked for Santander, Embrace Financial Services and most recently Mortgage First.

The company’s two other sales directors are internal promotions.

Adam Davis will work in the new build division to support brokers with these and shared ownership cases. He will also strengthen partnerships with developers, lenders and housing associations.

Nicole Cox will work with estate agency brokers in the Norfolk region.

The business says all four hires will be tasked with growing the employed division, which means that “in addition to day-to-day support when needed, they will be responsible for recruitment, development and delivery”.

The firm has more than 650 brokers in its national network, including around 150 in its employed division.

Just Mortgages chief executive John Phillips says: “These high-calibre appointments will take the division from strength to strength, increasing the knowledge base and support that is available to each adviser to reach their full potential.”
