NatWest reduces resi and BTL switcher rates by up to 40bps Mortgage Strategy

NatWest Intermediary Solutions will cut residential and landlord switcher rates by up to 40 basis points from tomorrow (1 December). 

Highlights of the bank’s reductions include: 

  • Residential cuts of up to 26bps and 22bps on selected two- and five-year deals 
  • Buy-to-let cuts of up to 32bps and 40bps on selected two- and five-year deals 

Deals on offer include: 

  • Five-year core fixes at 60% loan to value, with a £995 product fee, at 4.79% 
  • Five-year BTL fixes at 60% LTV, with a £995 product fee, at 4.84% 
  • Two-year core fixes at 80% LTV, with a £995 product fee, at 5.61% 

The lender warns that brokers will be able to produce mortgage illustrations and submit applications online for existing offers until 10.3pm on 30 November.
