NatWest Intermediary Solutions will cut residential and landlord switcher rates by up to 40 basis points from tomorrow (1 December).
Highlights of the bank’s reductions include:
- Residential cuts of up to 26bps and 22bps on selected two- and five-year deals
- Buy-to-let cuts of up to 32bps and 40bps on selected two- and five-year deals
Deals on offer include:
- Five-year core fixes at 60% loan to value, with a £995 product fee, at 4.79%
- Five-year BTL fixes at 60% LTV, with a £995 product fee, at 4.84%
- Two-year core fixes at 80% LTV, with a £995 product fee, at 5.61%
The lender warns that brokers will be able to produce mortgage illustrations and submit applications online for existing offers until 10.3pm on 30 November.
