Catalyst Property Finance has appointed Charlotte Rayson as its new business development manager for London.

Rayson brings a wealth of finance sector experience after starting her career in banking. She has 7 years of experience as a broker, and previously worked at specialist lenders, Lendhub and Greenfield Capital.

The appointment follows an expansion of Catalyst’s newly formed external sales force.

In her new role, she will report directly to sales director Spencer Gale.

Rayson will lead the lender’s presence in the capital, ensuring brokers have direct access to Catalyst’s flexible funding solutions and decision-makers.
