This is the only annual service awards for the UK mortgage lending industry.

Last year over 800 brokers took the time and trouble to share their experiences with us for which we are truly grateful.

This year has undoubtedly provided new challenges for brokers and their clients The MFG Rated for Service Awards provide an important barometer of broker experience helping lenders to improve their service levels and ultimately enable brokers to deliver better client outcomes.

The MFG Rated for Service Awards are based on a comprehensive annual survey that tracks brokers’ assessments of the lenders’ levels of service.

Lenders are appraised across five key assessment areas within three separate peer groups categorised as mainstream, specialist and buy-to-let.  Your voice counts and your experiences matter, so please make sure you have your say.
