Paradigm Mortgage Services has partnered with platform One Mortgage System to connect brokers with a range of lenders.

The move by the Birmingham-based mortgage club links its 1,500 authorised firms with One Mortgage System’s Customer relationship management software, which covers such product areas as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial and protection.

The Horsham-based software firm says the tie-up “provides intermediaries with access to lenders covering the whole of market, together with a full range of mortgage-related support services”.

The integration came after “an extensive review period”, adds One Mortgage System.

Paradigm Mortgage Services technical director Christine Newell says: “Part of our work here at Paradigm is to support our member firms with access to the very best technology which will allow them to work more efficiently, and ultimately get better outcomes for their business and their customers.

She adds: “OMS has forged a strong reputation in the marketplace in recent times, and I’m sure this new relationship will provide members with access to one of the leading CRM and workflow systems. We’re looking forward to working with the OMS team and to outlining the benefits of the platform to our membership.”
