
Halifax Intermediaries has relaunched its online case-tracking dashboard as a “new-look” application manager, which it says has an improved design that makes updates easier to track.
The UK’s largest home loan lender says its upgrades include:
- Simplified application statuses
- First payment information
- A cleaner look and feel
The firm says that brokers should select the ‘track & manage’ button for applications on the home page to go straight to the application manager.
But adds that “if the button still shows ‘progress application’, a full application has not been submitted”.
The new software provides key case tracking information, such as:
- Valuation information – appointment dates, valuation results and reports
- Income verification updates
- Document upload
- Offer status
- Webchat
The lender says that the changes will allow it to make “further and more significant improvements going forward”.
Brokers should speak to their business development managers to pass on feedback on the redesigned application manager, the firm adds.
