TMG Mortgage Network has appointed Ava Jones as head of operations.

Jones joins TMG from AESSEAL, where she developed a strong track record across operations, commercial delivery, marketing and business improvement.

In her new role, Jones will lead the operational function across TMG Mortgage Network, with a focus on service standards, process improvement, adviser support and building a more efficient, technology-enabled operating model.

The appointment follows the recent arrival of Bob Scott as sales and growth director.
