CSS appoints Chalmers-Stevens to L&D role Mortgage Finance Gazette

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), has promoted Sarah Chalmers-Stevens to associate director, learning & development.

She joined CSS as a graduate in 2004 and spent many years surveying across the Southwest and South Wales, progressing to managing surveyor and later regional manager.

For the past five years, Chalmers-Stevens has worked in learning and development. In her new role, Chalmers-Stevens and her team will guide colleagues through their AssocRICS qualification, APC, and Leadership Development.

In total, around 700 surveyors have progressed to qualification through CSS’s AssocRICS training academy and applications are now open for those interested in joining the next intake.

Commenting on her role Chalmers-Stevens said: “Watching people fulfil their career goals and achieve brilliant things is one of the greatest rewards of my role. I’m proud to continue championing the profession I love, encouraging more people to join it, and ensuring they receive the very best support and guidance.”
