Just Mortgages has been named as the first national high street estate agency-linked broker partner for April Mortgages’ new 100% home loan.
The firms say the deal means that the no-deposit mortgage will only be available in national estate agencies through Just Mortgages.
This includes advisers based in Spicerhaart estate agent branches nationwide — under the brands haart, Felicity J Lord, Chewton Rose, Darlows and Haybrook — as well as nearly 500 self-employed advisers across the UK.
Just Mortgages has a total of 650 advisers across the country.
The lender’s no-deposit mortgage is available at up to 4.49 times income on 10- and 15-year fixed terms.
It comes with no early repayment charges for moving and redeeming or redeeming from the borrower’s own funds.
