Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Afin Bank to its lender panel.

Afin Bank is a specialist mortgage lender, which offers residential and buy-to-let (BTL) products for a range of borrower circumstances.

These includes borrowers who come from the diaspora, self-employed clients, foreign nationals working in the UK on a valid visa and customers with complex income structures.

The lender’s proposition includes products available from a 5% deposit and lending solutions for professionals requiring higher income multiples, alongside a high-net-worth range.
