McCluskey brings nearly a decade of dedicated experience in the UK lending sector to her new role, learning the industry at financial institutions and specialist lenders such as Lloyds Banking Group and The Mortgage Lender (TML), earning a Certificate in Professional Specialist Property (CPSP) along the way.

In her new role, she will focus on building and strengthening relationships with mortgage brokers to drive the firm’s lending growth across Scotland.

She takes on the role left vacant by Rod McPherson, who was promoted to head of distribution in August.
